Peanut Butter Cookies

These are the easiest cookies I've ever made. Or should I say my 2 year old daughter made them - yes, they were that easy!

Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup Peanut Butter (chunky or creamy)
1 cup Sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup Chocolate Chips (optional - I didn't use it because I didn't have any at home, but I'm sure it'll taste great with some chocolate)

Preheat oven to 180 deg C.

Mix the peanut butter, sugar and egg together until it forms a batter. Fold in the chocolate chips, if using.

Form small balls (about 2" in diameter). Place them on a cookie sheet or baking tray. Flatten each of them slightly.

Bake for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
