I just made this today and loved it so much that I had to post it here. (I hope you don't mind Nandita of Saffron Trail). I'm not posting the recipe but here are some photos of what I made. And here's the link to the recipe.
I absolutely LOVE dhansak and I've always thought it was a complicated thing to make. But it turned out to be quite easy and so so tasty. I initially made rotis but ended up eating it with rice which was even better. Sigh! So happy that I have leftovers for tomorrow since I made so much!
